Over more than 15 years of operations on the Russian market, SOVLINK LLC, acting as financial advisor, has successfully closed a number of transactions for the purchase and sale of companies, as well as specific assets. The total amount of transactions is over $2,000,000,000.

2003-2004

The Company successfully closed nine transactions for the purchase and sale of companies, with total value of over $495,000,000.

Lines of business of corporate clients:

petroleum products retail.

SOVLINK LLC acted as financial advisor for both sellers and buyers.

2005

SOVLINK LLC closed six transactions with a total value exceeding $600,000,000. During the transactions, the Company acted as:

exclusive advisor in the establishment of a joint-venture engaged in the rail transportation of oil and petroleum products,
financial advisor,
agent on behalf of the seller of an oil production business,
agent on behalf of the a seller of a business engaged in petroleum products retail sale, and the transportation of oil and petroleum products by rail.

2006-2007

SOVLINK LLC successfully closed seven transactions for a total value exceeding $350,000,000.

In these transactions, the Company acted as:

exclusive financial adviser and buyer’s agent for the acquisition of a number of companies in the construction industry;
exclusive financial adviser and agent in transactions involving mining assets; and,
exclusive financial adviser and buyer’s agent for the acquisition of enterprises in the oil services sector.
